Model Railroading

Today William and Beth finished school early so that they could go to Mr. Possinger's house to lay some HO train track. They put together an entire track layout, and then wired the track and the switches. When they were done they did test runs on the track with engines and then with cars added. The track worked great! :)

    Visiting Memorials Again

On Sunday we went to Baltimore to pick up our good friend Amy who was visiting from California this weekend.

We wandered around the Inner Harbor for a bit until her husband Courtney was finished with the meetings he was attending and then we headed for Washington DC. We went to the same memorials we had the week before, but it was later in the day. Everything had a lovely pink hue.

Beth once caught a monument "this big!"

    The Lincoln Memorial by sunset.
